Green Ladder Contractors is a modern, professional exterior renovation company specializing in composite and treated-lumber decks, fences, and structural outdoor work. We’re growing fast and currently hiring TWO positions for motivated people who want more than “just a job.”

The Role

Deck Builder / Carpenter Apprentice / Entry Labourer (Willing to Train)

​

You’ll help build high-quality decks (primarily composite and treated lumber), fences, and other structural work. You’ll work with a professional, well-dressed crew that cares about craftsmanship, safety, and client experience.

 

Experience (What’s Needed vs. Nice-to-Have)

• No construction experience? That’s okay — if you bring attitude and effort, we’ll train you.

• Experience in deck building or carpentry: an asset, but not required.

• Experience with composite products: an asset, but not required.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a big plus.
