Step 3: Permit application

Almost every deck in Alberta that is 2 feet or more above grade requires a building permit. We prepare the permit package (site plan, construction drawings, and footing design) and guide you through submission. The homeowner is the applicant in most Alberta municipalities. Step 4: Material selection
