Base material is compacted in multiple lifts, not dumped and compacted once. Settlement after the build is evidence this was not done.

Edge restraint holds the outer courses of pavers in place under foot traffic and freeze-thaw movement. Skipping it is one of the most common shortcuts and the first thing to fail.

Natural Sandstone
Alberta-sourced sandstone flagstone. Warm tone, natural variation, excellent for informal flagging.
Limestone Flagstone
Dense, hard, and very durable. Clean grey tone, excellent for formal or contemporary patio designs.
